Everyone was so accommodating and helpful.

We were totally surprised, when Check Engine light came on. We immediately went to a shop in our small town to read & diagnose the code. They told us what it was & suggested we get hold of our local dealership for repair. Called the Service Manager, who immediately set up an appointment to fix it, after further diagnoses at the dealership. And to top it off, the Service Manager picked our car up, took it 30-40 miles to the dealership, oversaw the repair, and then returned it to our home. Can’t beat that for Customer Service. So, to Keast Automotive dealership, their Service Manager, and their Maintenance Personnel, Kudos on job well done and our thanks. GM should be proud of their representation.

While waiting for my oil to be changed, Cole answered some of my questions regarding the 2026 models that will be out soon and even showed me a couple. He also took the time to help me synch my new phone with my car. It’s the little things that make a difference!
